- There is NO minimum order.
- All UK orders will be delivered for FREE.
- UK orders can upgrade to priority shipping for £9.49.
- International shipping is £9.99.
- Our packages are sometimes borderline on weight or size. If your package is subject to additional charges, please let us know and these costs will be refunded to you in full.
- For international orders, it is the repsonsibility of you, the recipient, to a) understand and adhere to the customs regulations applicable to your country, b) pay any customs duty/import charges.
- Privacy & Security
- Our service is 100% discreet.
- All vials are sent unlabelled.
- All personal details are encrypted.
- Payment information is not stored.
- Returns & Replacements
- Peptide products are "perishable goods" and as such are exempt from the cancellation and refund rights that apply to most online orders (as per the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act). There are no refunds nor cancellations for these products.
- These products can not (and would not) be resold by us once assigned to you.
- Accessories can be returned if they remain in their sealed packaging. Returns of accessories are subject to a handling fee of £10.00 (to cover the costs of our forwarding agent), plus a re-stocking fee of 25%. Return fees are to be paid in advance before the return can be approved. Items shall then be sent at your cost to our return address (we recommend that a tracked/insured delivery service is used).
- Replacements will be sent in the event of non-delivery. If you have paid for the shipping insurance upgrade, this will be sent out without having to wait for our couriers claim process.
- Replacements will be sent in the event of breakage during transit.
- If delivery is attempted but ultimately fails and is returned to us (e.g. because it is not collected in time), we reserve the right to charge for redelivery (although, as a gesture of good will, we generally do not charge). If you do not co-operate with redelivery (e.g. confirming your address is correct, paying any charges), you forfeit your order.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

- From time to time there may be special offers, but our prices are already impressive enough, so it doesn't happen often.
- All credit and debit cards are accepted.
- PayPal is available for regular customers only.
- Disputed payments are challenged fully. In extreme cases we have and will continue to use the UK court small claims track to recover monies, including all costs.
